HEY YALL!

My name is Nayah and creating this blog has been something I've wanted to do forever! It's purpose is to help family, friends and anyone else who feels as though they are struggling with their kinky/coily "crown", VERY SENSITIVE SKIN (my whole life), cystic acne/dark spots as an adult, or anyone needing life advice about dating, work, college, homelife, or valuing and empowering oneself. Now, I don't know everything, but I think I'm pretty resourceful and sharing my life experiences with others may help in some way. I truly believe in the saying, "Teach one, reach one", because why "gatekeep" something if you know and have proof that some things work? Sharing is caring and I want everyone to win. I spread love, light, and positivity everywhere I go.

 

I have a BA degree in Journalism, started my own resume and cover letter business three years ago, NayahsNiche, and I am VERY passionate about all things BLACK/POC (culture, history, entertainment, success, businesses, fighting against discrimination/abuse), self-care, enjoyment, protecting and finding peace, feminism, self-love, boundaries, social issues, traveling, experiences, friends and family. I am a 29-year-old single Black Woman, Grand-Daughter, Daughter, Aunt, Little Sister and Best Friend trying to get my life together and everyday is a roller coaster.
